Stabilize is a lightweight fusible interfacing and stabilizer used to make a stronger base for applique and embroidery. It also adds integrity to lightweight fabrics.

For best results, place the adhesive side of stabilize on the back side of your fabric, use a double layer of stabilize when planning heavy machine embroidery or a project on a heavy knit. With a dry cotton setting cloth, use an iron set to cotton or linen setting, apply pressure and heat for 30 to 40 seconds.
