This year, Karen and the Sewposium Shops (which includes Sew Simple and AmyQuilts.com) have decided to merge our annual block of the month project with our Summer Sew Along. Karen will release instructions and video demos each Sunday in her Nine Patch a Day FB group, starting June 23rd. This will continue for 10 weeks total, ending with assembly and border instructions on August 25th.
Karen is an amazing instructor and if you watch the weekly videos, you will learn so much. With her videos, this project can be done by beginners and will improve the piecing precision of experienced quilters.
This project was designed to help use the 2" finished Triangles on a Roll that you may have left over from the 2024 Brown Bag Mystery. They are not required, but Karen will be using them in her tutorials.
With the 6" borders, the quilt measures 70"x 82" or as Karen calls it, "Twin-ish"
If you do not "do Facebook", you can still make the quilt with written instructions that will be able to be purchased after the 10th video installment comes out.
