Basics of Ruler Quilting

People all over the world have taken this class via Craftsy online with Amy, now you can take it in person from Amy herself. Learn how to use rulers to guide your free motion quilting for smooth curves and straight lines.  You don’t have to be an expert with free motion, just be comfortable with the basics of setting your machine up for free motion, moving the quilt. Let the rulers be your guide to simple, yet effective quilting designs.

In this class you'll learn about the ruler foot and rulers for your machine, selecting rulers for your needs, and stitch a variety of designs. You must have a ruler foot for your machine (we can help with that!) but we'll provide the rulers.

Skill Level: intermediate
Skill Details: You must have some experience with basic free motion quilting: set up your machine, move the quilt sandwich comfortably, set a good tension.
